Going into the break with the score 1-1, Bristol were allowed to take the lead after Norwich keeper David Marshall’s poor clearance into the path of Dele Adebola who was soon enough felled by Gary Doherty (given a red for his efforts). Norwich would later feel aggrieved in the 2nd half when Bradley Orr shoved Adam Drury to the ground but escaped unscathed.
